OUR STORY

We started with one house and a grudge against service fees.

Finch began in Austin with a simple observation: the homes guests loved most weren't the flashiest — they were the ones someone clearly cared about. So we became that someone. We bought, designed, and hosted our first home ourselves, answered every message personally, and watched groups come back year after year.

Today we host a small collection across Austin and Savannah. Small is the point. Every home is one we'd stay in ourselves, in a neighborhood we actually know, with a host who answers — usually within the hour.
