Because they're familiar with the neighborhood, they may naturally notice or pay a little extra attention to new faces or unfamiliar vehicles. This is simply part of living in a close-knit residential community where neighbors look out for one another and the street. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighborhood by following parking instructions, keeping noise to a minimum, and observing quiet hours.
